She is a higher education executive with more than two decades of experience in academic strategy, curriculum innovation, faculty development, accreditation, and organizational transformation. She currently serves as Dean of Academic Strategy Management Online Product Health at Southern New Hampshire University. Her background also includes senior academic leadership, partnership development, accreditation evaluation, and business education, supported by an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration and an MBA in Marketing.
