As the Community Manager at Strive Workspaces in Boulder, she focuses on delivering client-centered services while fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment for all members. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resiliency and tenacity, always being open to learning, embracing failure, and trying again. Most of all, I love working with people and building meaningful connections along the way.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was from a teaching mentor who told me to always talk to people as if you were sitting with them as a friend. It taught me the value of authenticity, connection, and making others feel comfortable in any professional setting.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering the industry to remember that they have a voice and that they are worth it. Be yourself, stay authentic, and don’t stress—it’s just a job. Let opportunities come to you and focus on showing up as your best self.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is stepping into leadership roles where I can guide, mentor, and support the next generation. It’s a chance to shape future leaders while continuing to grow and evolve myself.
