The book achieved #1 New Release in Philosophy, Ethics & Morality and #1 Bestseller in Interpersonal Relations on Amazon, extending her message to readers across different countries. Through her Good Life Framework, Kirana brings together four core principles: self-respect, purpose, meaningful relationships, and continuous growth.
Kirana's professional journey spans public-sector international relations, organizational management, writing, and coaching. She began her career at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences as an International Relations Officer, where she worked with international counterparts and developed an understanding of institutional communication and diverse perspectives. She later transitioned into management within the legal sector and has served as a Senior Manager at a law firm since 2014, overseeing areas including human resources, contracts, and organizational affairs. These experiences gave her a broad perspective on leadership, workplace relationships, responsibility, decision-making, and the complexities of professional and personal life. In 2025, she began transforming years of personal reflection and writing into a formal body of work, becoming a Certified Strategic Life Coach, founding Good Life Coaching, and developing a practical framework for helping people move from awareness and uncertainty toward clarity and intentional action.
Today, Kirana works with individuals, executives, and teams through coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, and conversations focused on purposeful living, boundaries, self-respect, sustainable growth, and meaningful decision-making. Her work has reached international audiences through more than 65 podcasts and interviews, webinars, workshops, and speaking opportunities, and she has been featured by Goodreads, NetGalley Co-op, and Lead Grow Develop. She has also participated in a book talk and signing at Owl Bookstore in Singapore. As she continues developing Good Life Coaching and her writing, Kirana is expanding into organizational workshops, speaking engagements, bookstore conversations, and additional literary projects. Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that a good life is not something people eventually arrive at, but something they consciously build through ordinary decisions, one choice at a time.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kirana
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to curiosity, intentionality, consistency, and a willingness to keep learning. Throughout my career, I have remained open to new experiences, questioned assumptions, and embraced opportunities for growth, even when the path was not clearly defined. Each chapter of my journey, from international relations and management to writing and coaching, has given me valuable perspectives that continue to shape my work today. I believe meaningful success is built through thoughtful decisions, consistent effort, and the courage to evolve while staying true to what matters most.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to build from clarity rather than comparison. It is easy to measure progress against other people's timelines, achievements, and expectations, but a meaningful career begins with understanding what truly matters to you. I have learned that it is never too late to change direction, start something new, or pursue work that feels meaningful. Small, intentional steps, combined with consistency and a willingness to learn, can create meaningful opportunities over time.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering my industry to trust their own perspective, build their expertise, and avoid measuring their progress against someone else’s timeline. Be willing to ask questions, set clear boundaries, and take opportunities that challenge you to grow. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin, and your career does not have to follow a single path. Stay curious, remain open to learning, and make intentional choices that align with your values and the kind of professional and personal life you want to build.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field is the growing interest in holistic personal development, intentional living, and sustainable well-being. More individuals and organizations are recognizing the importance of purpose, boundaries, meaningful relationships, and personal growth alongside professional achievement. At the same time, a key challenge is ensuring that personal development does not become another form of productivity pressure. I see an opportunity to help people slow down, gain clarity about what truly matters, and make thoughtful decisions that support both their professional goals and the quality of life they want to build.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are integrity, self-respect, intentionality, curiosity, meaningful relationships, and continuous growth. I believe in being honest with myself and others, making thoughtful choices that align with my values, and treating people with respect and compassion. I also value curiosity because it keeps me open to learning and evolving. Whether in my work or personal life, I strive to remain grounded in what truly matters, nurture meaningful relationships, and continue growing while helping others gain the clarity and confidence to make intentional choices of their own.
