Kirsty Coler
I’m Kirsty Coler, Founder of KC & Co., where I support individuals and professionals navigating growth, leadership transitions, and meaningful change. My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, emotional intelligence, and behavioral insight - helping people lead with clarity, confidence, and intention during pivotal moments in their lives and careers.
I work with emerging and mid-level leaders who are stepping into greater responsibility and influence, often while managing complex interpersonal dynamics, high expectations, and internal pressure to “get it right.” My approach is direct, thoughtful, and grounded in real-world application- focused on building credibility, strengthening decision-making, and navigating difficult conversations with confidence.
Beyond professional leadership development, I also work with individuals on a personal level, supporting growth through life changes, challenges, and complex personal situations. Whether someone is navigating a career shift, redefining boundaries, or rebuilding confidence during transition, my role is to provide clarity, perspective, and steady guidance.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: insight creates awareness, awareness enables alignment, and alignment drives sustainable progress both professionally and personally.

What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from a combination of resilience, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding people, myself included. I’ve learned to lean into challenges, reflect honestly, and make decisions rooted in clarity rather than fear. Surrounding myself with strong support and continuing to invest in personal and professional development has been essential.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that no one is coming to save you - you have to take ownership of your growth and decisions. That mindset shift taught me to stop waiting for permission or rescue and start building momentum through self-awareness, accountability, and intentional action.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do the things that feel hard and uncomfortable, those are often the moments that create the most growth. Aim high, even if the path feels uncertain, and remember that consistency matters far more than perfection. Progress comes from showing up, learning, and continuing forward, not waiting until everything feels ready.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges, and opportunities, in this field is readiness. Insight and guidance are only effective when someone is prepared to engage with them. You cannot force growth; it requires willingness, self-awareness, and timing. The opportunity lies in meeting people where they are while helping them build the capacity to be ready for meaningful change.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and accountability are central to both my work and personal life. I value taking responsibility, learning from setbacks, and continuing forward with intention. I also believe that acknowledging mistakes and offering a sincere apology is a strength, but words alone are not enough. Real trust is built through follow-through and change. Actions must align with intent for growth to be meaningful.
