Kit McGinley

Kit McGinley serves as Volunteer Manager for the American Society of Echocardiography, where she acts as the primary staff liaison to the Leadership Academy program for cardiovascular ultrasound professionals. She has been in the healthcare field since 2021, with her current role spanning three years and eight months, during which she oversees volunteer recruitment and retention, maintains databases and rosters, manages conflicts of interest, and supports governance activities while reporting to the Chief Experience Officer. McGinley graduated from UNC in 2018 with a Global Studies major focused on Latin America, health, and the environment, along with a Hispanic Studies minor, a Chemistry minor, and Spanish fluency. She is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives.
