Her Interview
Ten minutes with Klara
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to remaining curious and authentic. Staying curious about people, digging deeper, asking questions outside the script, and exploring tools like AI with genuine interest has propelled my career. This curiosity, combined with connecting people authentically, has been key since my early roles.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I received was to remain curious. Even in a demanding job talking all day, avoid autopilot by digging deeper and asking extra questions. This curiosity gets you a long way, whether exploring AI tools or understanding candidates beyond basic questions.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Surround yourself with supportive people, whether the broader female community or a manager you look up to. Push past imposter syndrome, especially as an immigrant. Don't put guardrails around what you can do or how much money you can ask for. Think audaciously, try even if you might get a no, because you'll never know unless you try.
