The best career advice I’ve ever received is to believe in myself. Trusting my abilities and having confidence in my potential has guided me through challenges and helped me seize opportunities I might have otherwise overlooked.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to be patient and persistent. The work they do has a meaningful impact on the world, and understanding that their contributions truly matter will help them stay motivated and focused as they grow in their careers.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the rapid pace of change. At the same time, this evolution presents significant opportunities, particularly through digital transformation. Embracing new technologies and innovative approaches allows us to stay ahead, drive impact, and create value in ways that weren’t possible before.
