Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my family and mentors—their guidance and support have been invaluable in helping me get to where I am today. One of my proudest moments was presenting at a board meeting of over 70 people. As an introvert, getting up there and delivering my speech was a big challenge, but it opened doors and gave me confidence to pursue new opportunities.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, take risks, and learn as you go.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is the chance to learn something new every day. The industry is competitive and constantly evolving, so staying nimble and adaptable is key to success.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are reliability and stability. I prioritize being dependable and consistent, whether in professional responsibilities or personal relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading, and caring for our four dogs and cat, often immersing myself in fantasy-themed stories and adventures.
