About Kolleen
Kolleen Losch is the Owner of CORE57, a boutique fitness studio in Milton (Alpharetta), Georgia, where she has built a reputation for delivering personalized fitness, corrective exercise, and holistic wellness programs. With more than 17 years of entrepreneurial experience, she transformed a basement-based training business into a high-end fitness facility offering one-on-one coaching, semi-private training, small group classes, functional nutrition guidance, myofascial therapy, and craniosacral therapy. Her mission is to help individuals build strength, resilience, and balance through a comprehensive approach to health that integrates physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Losch combines behavioral insight with evidence-based fitness practices to create individualized wellness experiences. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and previously served as both a Master Trainer and Senior Master Trainer for Trigger Point Performance Therapy. Drawing from her background as a competitive gymnast and collegiate cheerleader, she continues to work directly with clients while leading and mentoring a team of fitness professionals.
Throughout her career, Losch has remained committed to continuous education, client-centered service, and community building. She attributes her long-term success to unwavering work ethic, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence, while emphasizing kindness, trust, and integrity in both her personal and professional life. As a member of the North Fulton Chamber, she actively supports local business and encourages aspiring professionals to continuously develop their skills, embrace scientific advancements, and remain passionate about helping others achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong work ethic and grit. Consistently putting in the effort, staying resilient through challenges, and remaining committed to excellence have allowed me to build and grow my business while earning the trust of my clients and community.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received came from my grandfather: work hard, strive to be the best at whatever you do, never forget where you came from, and always take pride in your work. Those principles have guided every stage of my career and continue to shape how I lead my business today.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to identify the people who can benefit most from their skills and focus on serving them with confidence and authenticity. Never stop learning, stay current with the latest science and industry developments, and continue investing in your professional growth to build a lasting and meaningful career.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my work and personal life are work ethic, grit, kindness, trust, and having the confidence to stand by my principles. I believe these qualities are essential for building meaningful relationships, earning respect, and creating lasting success in business and in life.
