I work with Urbane Cafe, a restaurant concept that's been around for 20 years. We're primarily based in California with two locations in Nevada, so while we're not a young brand, our reach is still fairly minimal. I'm really excited to be back working with a concept that aligns with my values - our owner is incredible and stands by principles I believe in. One thing I'm particularly proud of is that we haven't taken a price increase, which in today's economy is pretty remarkable. Our owner actually lost part of his property in the Thomas Fire, which was one of California's largest recent fires at 281,000 acres, so he understands the community and what people go through. I see tremendous value in increasing visibility for Urbane, both from a personal recognition standpoint and to actively support the brand. It's been a great transition for me, honestly - very eye-opening. I love that we offer quick, easy, healthy, and affordable options to our customers.
