Earlier in her career, she successfully owned and operated a childcare center in New Hartford, New York, overseeing all aspects of business operations, staff development, program administration, and family engagement. This entrepreneurial experience strengthened her leadership, organizational management, and relationship-building skills while fostering a deep understanding of service-oriented operations.
