Beauty industry professional and educator with extensive experience in brand training, artistry, and retail leadership across leading global beauty brands. Currently serving as Regional Trainer, East Coast at Rare Beauty, where I lead education initiatives, develop training programs, and support sales teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences across multiple markets.

My career in beauty began in retail leadership roles and evolved into brand education and artistry. As a Pro Artist at Rare Beauty, I collaborated with retail partners, supported product launches, and delivered hands-on artistry education to drive both brand awareness and sales performance. Prior to that, I worked with The Estée Lauder Companies, where I managed sales and education initiatives across multiple locations and helped train Sephora teams while contributing to national brand rollouts and marketing events.

Earlier in my career, I served as Assistant Store Manager at Bath & Body Works and as a Beauty Advisor/Trainer at Boots Retail USA, where I built strong foundations in customer experience, team development, and retail operations.
