The best career advice I’ve ever received is to find a mentor and build a strong professional network. Having guidance from someone experienced not only accelerates growth but also opens doors to opportunities you might not discover on your own.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to be authentic and bring their unique experiences to their work. It’s important to build a strong support system, seek mentors both inside and outside the workplace, and approach networking as a practical tool for learning, growth, and advancing your career.
