I attribute my success to being open to new opportunities and trusting my instincts—after exploring law school, I realized my true path was in marketing and account management, and I embraced it fully.

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: do what you love and pursue it with passion.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is truly understanding each individual client, almost like being able to read their minds.
