Krista Baumbach

Krista Baumbach has spent her entire career in sales, driven by a passion for connecting with people and understanding what makes them tick. She brings product knowledge from her background in beverages and convenience stores, as well as extensive experience in Big Tobacco where she worked for both leading competitors. In October 2025, she transitioned from corporate America to join RhinoCare, a family-owned biowaste company, as its only salesperson managing a large territory. Her educational path includes two associate degrees, one in Psychology and one in Criminology, followed by a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, which she pursued to open professional doors. Krista draws inspiration from her desire to make a positive environmental impact and help future generations, motivated by conversations with her nephew about fair practices and community benefit.
