Krista Denoff
Krista Denoff is an ABA business consultant, advocate, and founder of KD Consulting, where she helps pediatric therapy providers bridge the gap between clinical excellence and sustainable business operations. Her professional journey began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of care. Today, she partners with practices nationwide to build scalable systems, strengthen leadership structures, and create efficient processes that allow therapy teams to grow without compromising the quality of care they provide.
Through her consulting work, Krista delivers in-person trainings, onsite audits, and hands-on strategy development to address core operational pain points. One of her most impactful success stories involved a South Florida clinic that grew from 12 to 60 active clients in just one year, expanded into speech therapy services, and significantly outperformed its original growth projections after partnering with her firm. This transformation was especially meaningful because the clinic had previously worked with another consulting group without success, highlighting the practical, results-driven nature of Krista’s approach.
Krista holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with minors in Health Education & Behavior and Grant Writing, and she is Hootsuite Platform Certified. Recently relocated from North Carolina to Florida, she remains deeply committed to community impact through nonprofit work and grant development, including securing funding for a 20,000-square-foot facility in Lakeland, Florida. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys staying active and is currently preparing for an upcoming hiking adventure, reflecting her passion for personal growth both in and out of the workplace.
