Krista Luke is an accomplished business operations and program management professional with more than 16 years of experience driving organizational efficiency, strategic initiatives, and large-scale transformation. As a PMI-ACP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Krista brings a strong combination of agile project management, process improvement, operational strategy, and governance expertise. Their career has evolved from media and television into advertising, internal project management, and ultimately enterprise-wide business operations and strategic program leadership.
Throughout their career, Krista has specialized in developing and implementing project and program management methodologies, establishing PMOs, streamlining business processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. They have managed cross-functional teams, developed standard operating procedures, supported organizational change, and helped organizations improve workflows through automation and strategic process design. Krista's experience also encompasses vendor management, budget oversight, headcount planning, HR operations, digital marketing, talent programs, and the development of KPIs and OKRs to measure organizational effectiveness.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being willing to contribute to company-wide strategic goals and use my voice to help shape the organization’s direction. I value the opportunity to influence priorities across revenue, operations, and DEIB, and I am motivated by knowing that my perspective can help drive meaningful progress.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never be afraid to apply for an opportunity, even if you don’t meet every qualification on paper. Highlight the transferable soft skills and experiences that align with the role, and don’t let fear or imposter syndrome hold you back. There is no harm in putting yourself out there and giving yourself the opportunity to try.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are creativity, service, health, and making a meaningful impact. I value opportunities to motivate others, give back to my community, and support causes that matter to me. Professionally, I am driven by collaboration, having a meaningful voice, and helping shape organizational goals and priorities in ways that create positive, lasting impact.
