Krista Schnitker, MBA-HIS, is a results-driven Healthcare IT Application Leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding large-scale healthcare technology implementations and operational transformations. Known for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, Krista has built a career serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders while delivering complex initiatives across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle environments. Her expertise includes enterprise system design, application optimization, and technology integration, with deep experience in platforms such as Epic and MDSTAFF.

Throughout her career, Krista has led high-impact initiatives for large health systems, including directing a system-wide Epic implementation across more than 200 physician group clinic locations—delivered on time and under budget—resulting in $4.5 million in capital savings and $2 million in operating expense reductions over three years. She has spearheaded ERP transitions, launched streamlined onboarding models for new practices, supported urgent care and virtual behavioral health service lines, and led revenue cycle transformations that eliminated third-party vendor costs and are projected to save $23.6 million by 2027.
