01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself and have confidence in yourself. Learn as much as you can, listen, and take opportunities to always learn and grow. I've recruited in different industries like real estate, retail, and home products, which helped me learn more about companies and industries.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Skilled trades are very hard to hire for, like plumbers, electricians, AC repair people. They are in high demand, challenging to find, hire, and keep.
