What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
For young women entering this industry, I recommend starting by mastering the fundamentals of advertising and gaining a solid understanding of every platform, including audio, podcasts, CTV, programmatic, and social media. Equally important is developing comfort with data and measurement — you don’t need to be a data scientist, but being able to read campaign results and iterate effectively is crucial.
I also emphasize the value of building and investing in relationships. Be a proactive problem solver, and approach challenges with perseverance and a strong work ethic. These qualities will not only help you succeed but also set you apart as a trusted and capable professional in the field.
