01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If you have an idea, don't shut it down. Try it out. Get a book to write down all of your ideas. For student entrepreneurs, find resources at your school like grants and apply as much as you can. Look for local incubators and accelerator programs. Attend events and talks to develop your idea and make connections.
