About Kristen
Kristen Hoffman serves as a doctor recruiter for VSP Vision, a vision insurance company in the healthcare industry. She began her role in July 2023 after transitioning from the semiconductor staffing and recruiting space in Phoenix, Arizona. Hoffman holds an undergraduate degree in sports business and earned her HR certification to deepen her expertise in talent acquisition, which falls under human resources. In addition to recruiting optometrists and ophthalmologists for various practice settings and partnering with private practices nationwide, she helps manage the company's student loan repayment program, which provides up to $200,000 to selected recipients. She is preparing to start an MBA program to advance toward C-suite leadership. Hoffman also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, having joined the organization in November of the previous year.
