She is a distinguished healthcare compliance, privacy, and legal executive with over a decade of experience in enterprise risk management, corporate compliance, and legal leadership across multi-state health systems and specialty programs. Currently serving as Chief Compliance & Chief Privacy Officer at Claritev, she provides strategic oversight of compliance, privacy, and regulatory affairs. Prior to this role, she served as Deputy General Counsel at Nemours, where she was responsible for organizational planning, operational leadership, and oversight of claims and enterprise risk management. Her career includes serving as System Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer at Covenant Health, where she managed enterprise risk management, corporate compliance, patient relations, and legal support across a multi-state system, and as Vice President of Risk Management at Allied World, where she oversaw risk management for professional lines including psychiatry, D&O, lawyers, technology/privacy, and healthcare management liability. She also served as Healthcare Practice and Risk Management Innovation Officer at Trust Risk Management Services. She holds a Doctor of Law from Massachusetts School of Law and is a Fellow of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (FASHRM).
