01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Live from your heart, and when you love what you do, you don't feel like you're working.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

A lot of families are restructuring how they run their homes and staff right now. With AI and services like Instacart, some families think they don't need a personal assistant anymore because errands can be handled digitally. I've heard that families are letting staff go because of this. But what I've learned is you need to evolve with it and use AI as your friend. Instead of spending the whole day doing a spreadsheet, let AI do it and get it done in 15 minutes, so you can be ready to do a lot of other things. Evolving with the times. We have to adapt and use technology to enhance what we do rather than be replaced by it.
