Her Story
About Kristen
Kristen Lindors began her career as a registered dietitian in 2009 after initially pursuing accounting. She gained experience working with outpatients, in hospitals, critical care settings including tube feeds, and child nutrition programs. Recognizing the potential to scale her impact, she entered the technology space around 2016 and now serves as an IT director at a food service company. She is also the founder of For My Health, developing the A posto mobile application, a person-driven nutrition tracking and decision-support tool designed to help users listen to their bodies and make informed choices rather than following restrictive or generalized advice. As a licensed dietitian accredited with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, she bridges clinical nutrition expertise with technology to empower working mothers and others navigating chronic conditions and life demands. She is heavily involved with her church and an emerging nonprofit partnership focused on similar themes of reclaiming personal agency.
