Kristen Massa serves as the Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager at Hear Again America, where she expertly manages the daily operations of a high-volume hearing clinic. A brain cancer survivor, Kristen brings a deep sense of compassion and empathy to her role, creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff.
With a strong background in staff coordination, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and workflow optimization, she ensures that the clinic runs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Kristen works closely with clinical teams and actively contributes to community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting hearing health awareness.
Her approach combines innovative problem-solving and a sharp entrepreneurial mindset with a heartfelt commitment to helping others—allowing her to identify effective solutions and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
Before joining Hear Again America, Kristen gained extensive experience in management and customer service roles, including many top brands in the retail industry, and owning her own businesses. She also contributes her skills to being an Executive Assistant and Mentor at Everbrook Counseling, LLC, and volunteers with Imerman Angels, supporting cancer patients through guidance and encouragement.

I attribute my success to never giving up— especially being a cancer survivors— and to my passion for helping others with their diverse health needs. Supporting others is not only the best thing I can do for myself but also a meaningful way to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most..

The best career advice I’ve ever received is simply to keep going, no matter the obstacles— even in the darkest moments, there is always light ahead.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to surround yourself with people who uplift, inspire, and support your growth. Protect your energy—let go of toxic influences and create space for relationships that encourage confidence, resilience, and success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that drive me in both my career and personal life are perseverance, dedication, and a strong sense of purpose. I believe in staying resilient through challenges, while also making time for the passions that keep me grounded—such as music, cooking, drawing, and serving others. My goal is to make a meaningful and positive impact on those around me, bringing both compassion and integrity into everything I do.
