Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kristen

01What do you attribute your success to?

Absolutely, it's a gift of God through God's intervention in my life and Him providing opportunities for me. Not everything I've done has been successful but everything I've done has been a blessing.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Work hard but enjoy yourself. Do what you love.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Biggest challenges are marketing because there's so much out there and everything is so AI-generated, you don't know if what you're looking at is accurate or true. The biggest opportunity is to be helpful to people to improve their health and overall wellness as people are seeking real advice and help.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity and faith.
