About Kristi
Kristi Farmer brings more than three decades of expertise to mortgage lending, where she began her professional journey part-time at a bank while pursuing her education. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Business Management and Finance in 1986, she advanced from processing loans to becoming a loan officer and later joined P&C Mortgage, where she took on training, sales, and management responsibilities. She also holds a degree in holistic natural health and the CNHP credential. Farmer is a member of the Spartanburg Board of Realtors and previously served as president of the Professional Business Women's Golf Network. Her philanthropic efforts include founding Operation We Care in 2003 to send care packages to military personnel, assisting at local soup kitchens, and participating in charity initiatives through the Spartanburg Board of Realtors.
