What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to growing up in a family owned and operated produce distribution company, where I started working at age 12. I have a strong belief that working from an early age, instilled a strong work ethic. This foundation helped me develop the ability to build a career developing genuine, lasting relationships with clients. Luxury is never just about the product, it’s about how the client feels when they experience it. Equally important is genuine curiosity. Whether it’s staying informed on collection launches or maintaining consistent communication with hundreds of high-value clients, I’ve developed methods that ensure integrity. My operations background at Cartier, Rolex, and Patek Philippe, also gave me a foundation of knowledge of the business behind the scenes, which helps to elevate my client interactions.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never stop evolving. Whether that means embracing something new, expanding your network, or pursuing knowledge that keeps you sharp, stay curious. In luxury, the landscape shifts quickly, and those who remain curious and adaptable not only grow but also create deeper, more meaningful connections with their clients throughout their journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be authentically fearless and trust the value you bring to the table. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Use your intuition to guide your decisions. The more you understand how every aspect of the business works, the stronger you’ll be in front of your clients. Luxury is about confidence. Your ability to build trust and make clients feel seen and will set you apart.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In Las Vegas, the luxury market is both exciting and challenging because of its quick pace and scale. The city attracts a constantly evolving mix of domestic and international high net-worth clients, each with their own tastes and expectations. The challenge lies in quickly building trust and delivering an experience that feels personal, especially in a saturated market known for its abundance of options. At the same time, this presents a unique opportunity. Las Vegas offers constant access to clients, often during milestone moments in their lives. We are lucky to work in an environment that constantly consist of celebrations, travel, and evolving business ventures from conventions, which makes every interaction meaningful. For luxury advisors, the key is to transform a spontaneous purchase into a lasting relationship by blending our timeless heritage, traditions, modern creations, and special interactions, we strive to turn the city’s transient nature into lasting loyalty. That’s where I believe that the future of growth in the luxury market lies.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In my work and in my personal life, I’m guided by integrity, curiosity, and meaningful connection. I believe in showing up honestly. Integrity keeps me aligned with who I am, by delivering authenticity no matter the situation. Curiosity drives me to continually develop knowledge, evolve and adapt in an ever changing world, while striving to go beyond expectations. And connection reminds me that real success is about people. These values create alignment and allow me to honor tradition while continually evolving, much like the maisons I represent.
