01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The biggest thing is just to not be bothered by the little things. We all kind of get in our own way and tend to take something somebody said and dwell on it, and it's not productive. Sometimes it's just don't let the little things bother you, or if you're confused or feeling a certain way about something somebody said, just go talk about it because everyone's an adult and sometimes it's just a miscommunication that clears the air.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just be yourself, be authentic, don't shy away from the opportunities. It is a male-dominated field but everyone I've ever interacted with has been nothing but nice. It seems a little intimidating at first but respect is given both ways, and if you're yourself and you're confident, you can do all the things that you want to do and achieve all the things you want to achieve.
