About Kristi
In my current role, I go in early and make sure all cars are inspected and checked in, get the cleaning routine set, and create a schedule to navigate the day. I work on obtaining specialty vehicles when needed and do a lot of employee development, helping to train staff with their sales pitches and career paths. I make sure my team is supported and has a safe space to come to express their emotions, and I coach and support them. I also handle a lot of back-end work on the financial side, making sure we're getting the payments we need and touching base with clients and renters to ensure their experience was great, and if it wasn't, figuring out how to change that for next time. I was number one on the matrix across Salt Lake area, Wyoming, Idaho, and a bit into Ontario, Oregon - that's out of about 100 people - for both sales and customer service, which was phenomenal. I also promoted to my position in under a year, which is pretty advanced.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say my personal drive, just to become the best, no matter what I'm doing. And then having the people around me that are so supportive to help get me there, to see my potential, and be willing to walk through those hard, difficult times, and give guidance.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
That it doesn't have to look like society's norm. You can make it your own.
