01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I think that it is important to understand the culture with women, that a lot of women are into body shaming, and we're not good enough, and we're not smart enough. Hang around people who unconditionally accept you and love you and see you for who you are and your authenticity. Be yourself, but first find out who you are. I never thought I fit into nursing because I am very different, but that's why I rose to where I am because I question things.
