01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just have the confidence within themselves, knowing that they can do anything and be anybody that they want, and just to keep pushing through, even when it's hard. Knowing that coming out in the end, it's going to be all worth it. And you're here to help other people and change their lives, because in effect, it will turn and change yours. So, that's the advice I would give.
