01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I received was about feedback and relationships: don't ever burn a bridge that you might have to walk back across. Even when someone gives hard feedback, accept it with grace because you never know when that person might come back into your life. No matter how bad a relationship or feedback is, you still have to find a way to work with that person.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Young professionals entering this industry have to be open-minded. If you are flexible and willing to continue to learn, you can be very successful. It's when we become rigid or don't want to learn anymore that we stop and turn stagnant. AI is a tool, and if used properly it can be great, so keep an open mind and be flexible.
