Her Story
About Kristin
Kristin Lee is an Application Administrator specializing in AI and automation, with a career that reflects continuous reinvention and a passion for operational excellence. She began her professional journey in the entertainment industry, spending eight years as a talent agent in South Florida and Nashville, where she developed expertise in negotiation, relationship management, and navigating high-pressure environments. Transitioning into customer service and operational leadership, Kristin quickly advanced into management and later became an operations analyst, overseeing cross-functional teams and business operations supporting public sector organizations. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on improving processes, empowering teams, and leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.
Today, Kristin applies that operational expertise to artificial intelligence and enterprise automation, helping organizations streamline workflows, eliminate repetitive tasks, and implement practical AI solutions that enable employees to focus on higher-value work. As an Application Administrator for AI and Automation, she specializes in AI governance, business process automation, enterprise applications, AI agents, and workflow optimization. She also founded Automate & Align, a consulting practice dedicated to helping small businesses simplify operations through AI-powered systems and scalable automation strategies. A strong advocate for continuous learning, Kristin earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Full Sail University in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management and continues expanding her expertise through advanced coursework and certifications in software development, automation, and artificial intelligence.
One of Kristin's defining career moments came after an unexpected professional setback, when a period of transition became an opportunity for growth. Rather than allowing adversity to define her, she immersed herself in emerging AI technologies while accomplishing a lifelong goal of writing and publishing her first novel, Evidence: What She Left Behind. Using AI as a creative collaborator throughout the writing, editing, and marketing process, she demonstrated firsthand how technology can enhance human creativity rather than replace it. That experience reinforced her belief that resilience, lifelong learning, and innovation can transform challenges into opportunities. Whether leading enterprise AI initiatives, advising small businesses, or encouraging others to embrace change, Kristin remains committed to helping people and organizations work smarter, adapt confidently, and unlock their full potential.
