About Kristina

Her career path began in hospitality at a young age, including work at the Palm restaurant during college, which shaped her approach to customer experiences. After earning a degree in psychology and sociology, she transitioned into marketing and sales roles, including launching Vitamin Water 10 and participating in events like the Super Bowl 2009. Notable accomplishments include securing sales with Magic Kingdom, the Bucks stadium, and the Rays stadium, as well as winning a company presentation contest out of 25 participants by performing an original song titled Wipe Swipes Daily set to an 80s tune. She maintains membership in the Chamber of Commerce in Tampa and contributes time to the YMCA and St. Vincent de Paul, organizations supporting families in need. Throughout her journey, she emphasizes authenticity, relationship building, and going the extra mile in sales and hospitality.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say absolutely. I would say, let's go, what do you need? You know, that type of thing. But I believe this about any job. You have to know what's behind it, because it's gonna be work, it's all hard work, right? But it's also there's some silver lining where there's a good feeling, and it's what you want to do. And hospitality you can have a wonderful experience with and make people have want. I mean, this could be their wedding, it could just be a birthday party, it could be anything. As long as you can manage a pipeline, which is not hard, and you follow up, and you are true to yourself, and you are just authentic. I swear people can just see that, and they will just talk to you from there.
