Kristina L. Collins

Kristina Collins currently works at an AI startup in New York that analyzes tabular data, where she serves in an associate capacity focused on operations and strategy, functioning much like a chief of staff. Her career has spanned fintech and five tech companies overall, beginning in a male-dominated banking environment that motivated her shift toward empowerment and mentorship. A Harvard University alumna who graduated around 2001-2002 as the first in her family to earn a college degree without loans after immigrating from the Philippines, she now mentors first-generation female students. Collins serves on the board of the nonprofit Girls on the Run, supporting girls from less affluent backgrounds, and belongs to the Harvard Asian American Alliance, the Alumni Network for Harvard Women, and the Monmouth Conversation Foundation, where she helps maintain community parks and spaces.
