My advice to young women entering the industry is: don’t be scared—just get out there, trust yourself, and do the job with confidence, because you’re more capable than you think.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the ability to travel and gain exposure to different markets and teams, which not only broadens your perspective but also strengthens your adaptability and leadership skills.
