Kristina Dallis-Evans, EMSIOP, is an Industrial and Organizational Psychology professional who bridges behavioral science and organizational strategy within the public sector. Currently serving with the New York City Police Department, she brings over a decade of experience supporting executive leadership, designing talent development initiatives, and strengthening workforce systems that optimize performance and equity. With a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, Kristina is recognized for her ability to translate complex organizational needs into actionable, people-centered programs.
In her role as Executive Assistant, Lead Instructor, and Staff Analyst, Kristina supports senior leadership across the Office of Professional Development and the Office of Equity & Inclusion. Her work spans curriculum design, leadership facilitation, DE&I analytics, and large-scale program management, including city-mandated career development initiatives under Local Law 75. She has advised executive cohorts on capstone research, developed survey metrics for demographic analysis reported to the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, and represented the NYPD on the NYC Training Council—helping shape career pathways and professional growth opportunities for both uniformed and civilian staff.
Kristina holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queens College. She is deeply passionate about cultivating inclusive, psychologically informed workplace cultures that drive professional excellence. Whether mentoring emerging leaders, facilitating career workshops, or guiding strategic initiatives, Kristina remains committed to building effective, equitable, and resilient organizations grounded in research, empathy, and purpose.
