The biggest challenge in my field right now is keeping up with rapidly evolving technology, especially AI, which changes the entire landscape. It’s crucial to have thoughtful leaders guiding the process and for professionals to stay engaged—attending leadership meetings or town halls helps understand the company’s culture and direction, ensuring we remain key players in shaping the future.
