Her Story

About Kristina

Christina is a nurse practitioner and the owner of Dynamic NP, a practice she founded three years ago to provide comprehensive care beyond the limitations of conventional medicine. After beginning her career as a nurse following her graduation in 2009 and later earning her master's degree from Drexel, she pursued additional training as a Menopause Society trained practitioner along with functional medicine certifications. Her practice focuses on perimenopause and menopause in women, operating from a root cause holistic approach that allows more time to address patient symptoms. She maintains memberships in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Menopause Society. Christina attributes her success to her perseverance, even during periods of self-doubt, and is motivated by patient stories such as regaining the ability to walk three blocks without pain or losing 20 pounds. She values being honest and open with patients without dismissing their concerns, while prioritizing family and self-care to maintain balance. In addition to her professional work, she volunteers with the Miracle League to support special needs children in sports.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kristina

01What do you attribute your success to?

My perseverance keeps me going even when I doubt myself. Patient success stories like walking three blocks without pain or losing 20 pounds motivate me to continue.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't wait until you feel ready because you never will. Take the first step, learn as you go, and reach out to experts who have been successful.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Women are often dismissed and gaslit in conventional medicine where providers aren't trained in hormone replacement therapy. Patients must seek specialists in functional medicine for proper care.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Being honest and open with patients without dismissing them. Prioritizing family first while maintaining balance and self-care to better serve patients.
