Kristina Peck

An education strategist and founder, she is the Founder and Principal Consultant of KP Charter Kollective, a national consulting firm specializing in charter school launch strategy, enrollment growth, branding, and founder advisory services. She has successfully helped charter schools generate hundreds of student enrollments, increase community engagement, and support more than $15 million in school funding initiatives.

Her expertise spans charter development from pre-petition planning through long-term enrollment growth, including governance support, institutional branding, family outreach systems, and strategic roadmap development. Through her work, she has partnered with numerous charter schools and educational leaders to strengthen visibility, improve enrollment outcomes, and build sustainable educational organizations.

In addition to her consulting leadership, she has experience in marketing, community engagement, and healthcare, including previous roles with Carolina Women+ in Tech, A+ Preschool, and as a Licensed Practical Nurse at WellNow Urgent Care.
