Ten minutes with Kristina

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Be quiet and listen. People will show you exactly who they are without you having to say anything. Watch their behaviors, be observant and non-biased. You can disagree agreeably.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Biggest challenges are working in an environment where you're helping others and understanding their actual strengths and limitations, using constructive analysis to enable them to contribute. Research gives a way to look at information, clarify it, make sure it's accurate and up-to-date, and get it done timely.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Absolute transparency, authenticity, communication, honesty, understanding, teamwork, appreciation and value. Being able to take a look at things by the people in front of you and the paperwork to ensure nothing is left out.
