Her Story

About Kristina

Kristina Stoural is an accomplished entrepreneur and sales leader based in the Greater Seattle Area, with more than two decades of experience in B2B technology sales, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and business development. She built her career in technology leadership before transitioning into entrepreneurship, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Washington in 2006 while working full time. Her leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales at MedBridge and VP of Sales and GTM Strategy at PartnerTap, where she developed high-performing teams, drove revenue growth, expanded into new markets, and collaborated across sales, marketing, product, and operations.

Today, Kristina is the Founder and CEO of Luqsee.com, a nationwide clothing consignment concierge platform created to give previously loved fashion a second home. The idea grew from her own experience as a busy corporate professional with a closet full of quality clothing she no longer wore but lacked the time to sell. After experimenting with online resale herself, she recognized the need for a convenient, done-for-you solution. Luqsee connects people with overflowing closets to professional resale partners who handle sorting, photographing, listing, storing, and shipping items. Through this model, Kristina is working to make resale more accessible while supporting a more circular approach to fashion and reducing unnecessary waste. She also owns and operates ReLoved Consignments and has experience coaching entrepreneurs and professionals through sales, marketing, partnerships, and career development.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kristina values perseverance, integrity, personal growth, and meaningful relationships. She has been married for 17 years and enjoys traveling and golfing with her spouse, often playing twice a week as a way to disconnect and fully focus on the moment. She also enjoys gardening, hiking, and snowshoeing, and spends about 90 minutes each day walking her four-year-old dog, Vigggo, using that time to brainstorm and reflect. Kristina believes strongly in doing the right thing even when it is more difficult or costly, and she hopes to build a business where employees and partners can earn a meaningful living while contributing to something they believe in.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kristina

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to perseverance, commitment, and refusing to give up, especially when facing challenges. I stay focused on my goals, remain committed through difficult moments, and keep moving forward no matter the obstacles.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was to always do my absolute best in whatever job I am assigned. I learned this at 14 from the owner of a flower show, and it has stayed with me throughout my career: if you do not give your best where you are, others will not believe you can give your best anywhere else.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to build financial stability so you have the freedom to pursue your goals and dreams. Learn the fundamentals of personal finance and investing, and understand how to make your money work for you. Financial security gives you greater confidence and flexibility to build the business and career you truly want.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges right now are building awareness around a new concept, clearly communicating and positioning what we do, and overcoming potential confusion through strong branding. We are also focused on raising capital for expansion while remaining patient and committed to long-term growth.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is the most important value to me, both personally and professionally. I believe in doing the right thing, even when it costs a little more, and I want my business to create meaningful opportunities where employees and partners can earn the majority of their living. For me, success means building a business that operates with honesty, fairness, and purpose.
