Kristy Jordan is a dedicated healthcare operations professional and Patient Access Manager at Henry Ford Health, where she oversees key patient access functions, including emergency department registration, Patient Affairs, and the Cash Office. With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, Kristy has developed a broad understanding of healthcare operations through diverse roles in medical records, radiology supervision, hospital parking operations, and patient access management. Her extensive background across both patient-facing and operational areas has given her a well-rounded perspective on the systems and processes that support effective healthcare delivery.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Kristy is pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, with plans to graduate in 2027. Her career journey reflects her belief that professional advancement does not always follow a straight path; instead, each experience can provide valuable knowledge and prepare individuals for greater opportunities. She is working toward advancing into a director-level leadership position, with the long-term goal of becoming a Vice President of Revenue Cycle and potentially reaching an executive leadership role.
