Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to knowing how to play the long game. I focus on building lasting relationships, making thoughtful decisions, and staying committed to goals even when immediate results aren’t visible. This patience and strategic approach have allowed me to achieve sustainable success over time.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to figure out what I don’t want to do and who I don’t want to be. Understanding what doesn’t align with my values or strengths has been just as important as knowing my goals, helping me make clearer choices and stay true to the path that’s right for me.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering my industry to trust their own ideas, embrace their natural selves, and not try to be who others think they should be. Authenticity and confidence in your own vision are far more powerful than fitting someone else’s mold.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is not having the right mentors to guide and support career growth. At the same time, there’s a significant opportunity in seeking out environments that foster learning and professional development—places where you can grow, take on new challenges, and be surrounded by people who inspire and elevate you.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, resilience, and accountability. I strive to act with honesty and ethical principles, to persevere through challenges, and to take responsibility for my actions and commitments. These values guide how I make decisions, build relationships, and approach every opportunity.
