About Kristybn
I am the Senior Marketing Manager for Tax and Development Advisory Services at Baker Tilly where I lead strategic go-to-market efforts firm-wide. I develop omni-channel marketing campaigns, manage SEO and content strategy, handle email and ads, partner with trade organizations, and focus on demand generation. I started in the field after college as a conference center coordinator at a law firm, using my theater background in events and AV, and grew into professional services marketing helping lawyers and CPAs market themselves.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't be afraid to make mistakes because mistakes are the only way you learn. If you think your idea is a good idea and you know that it's going to work, try it. Raise your voice, speak up, and talk about that idea. Build that confidence over time.
