She is a dedicated performance consultant and physical education educator with over a decade of experience in coaching, leadership development, and curriculum design, currently serving as Performance Consultant at Game Changers, where she provides coaching resources, workshops, and speaking engagements for NCAA Division I, II, and III programs including the University of Florida, University of Pittsburgh, and Ohio University. She also served as Physical Education Teacher at Branford Public Schools and Hamden Public Schools for over 13 years. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Saint Joseph and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Southern Connecticut State University. She is recognized as a passionate, inspiring, and results-driven coach and educator who is deeply committed to building mindset, leadership, and team culture for athletes and organizations at every level.
