01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise anyone starting off in my field today, especially women, to pursue STEM education and enter engineering-heavy environments. Your value comes with subject matter expertise, and strong teams thrive on differences rather than sameness. Pursue your project management professional certification and become confident in your ability. Remember that people, relationships, collaboration, engagement, and communication bring the true value to a team and project's success.
