The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always be passionate, curious, and agile. Passion keeps me motivated, curiosity drives me to keep learning and growing, and agility allows me to adapt to change and seize new opportunities with confidence.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be agile, stay curious, and maintain a great attitude. Agility will help you adapt to change, curiosity will keep you learning and growing, and a positive attitude will open doors and help you build meaningful connections along the way.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the industry right now is the increasing number of franchise locations closing. While this presents difficulties for stability and growth, it also creates opportunities for innovation, restructuring, and exploring new business models that better align with today’s market demands and consumer behaviors.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are taking care of my customers, maintaining alignment, and fostering strong customer relationships.
